Hi, I'm Natalie!
I started Seattle Pet Care Co after seeing how hard it was for my own family and friends to find pet care that actually worked with their schedules. Most of my family works in healthcare and it seems like all of my friends are in tech! I watched the long hours & burnout leave them scrambling for time and energy to give their pets the attention they deserved.
So I built the kind of pet care service I'd want my own family and friends to have: reliable, flexible and run by someone who genuinely loves and cares for animals.
The goal is pretty simple. To give you stress free pet care and keep your animals safe and happy.
Plus selfishly, I just want to hang out with animals all day! In my experience animals have a way of giving us exactly the love we need or didn't know we needed. And for that they deserve the world.
At the end of the day, all I want for my clients is to feel that their pet is safe and loved.

How do I start?
Start with a complimentary Meet & Greet. Here you can meet your pet sitter and share what you're looking for in a pet sitter/walker and introduce your pet.
Once your Meet & Greet is complete, you’ll be ready to schedule!
What happens at a Meet & Greet
This is the best place to introduce your pet & your pet's unique personality and needs! We will discuss your pet's personality, behavior, routine, review home access and detailed care instructions. We will also make an emergency plan & agree on what steps to take in case of an emergency so you'll feel safe and confident your pet is taken care of in our care. During the meet and greet feel free to bring up any questions/concerns. Some people like to go on a practice walk. Ultimately we will see if we’re the right fit for each other. No obligations and no payment required.
Is the Meet & Greet required?
Yes! We require a Meet & Greet before your first service so your pet has the chance to meet us while you're there and we can learn exactly how you'd like them cared for. Plus it's the safest way for your pet to meet someone new!
It also gives us a chance to go over important details like feeding, medications, walking routines, home access, emergency contacts, and any little quirks that make your pet your pet.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Capitol Hill, First Hill, Eastlake and South Lake Union, with limited availability in surrounding neighborhoods.

How do I book?
Text, email or call to book! You'll be sent a calendar invite confirming the dates/time slot. Existing clients are always welcome to reach out about short-notice care and we'll accommodate requests whenever our schedule allows. New clients, after the meet and greet we will set up your first visit.
How will I know what's happening during a visit?
We are very communicative throughout the whole visit. You'll know when we arrive, when we leave, and how your pet did during the visit. Text is the easiest way but during our meet and greet we will agree on the best method so you're always kept in the loop and never guessing.
What happens if there is an emergency?
Our walkers and sitters are trained to handle emergencies and will immediately contact you and take your pet to the nearest vet clinic as per the emergency contact details and instructions provided at the start of our service.
Are your dog walkers and pet sitters insured and bonded?
Yes, we are fully insured and bonded through Petcareins.com
